Creating your next event app in 3 steps

STEP 1
We start with BASIC CONFIGURATION

It includes 12 Key Functionalities which any event, no matter its size or type, needs to have. 

A welcome message shown to participants at the beginning of the event.

It can include an introduction, sub-events, abstract text, photo (of the speaker or venue), name of the venue or conference room, and even a routable map.

Contains the list of speakers, with the possibility of attaching their photo, short biography or CV and contact details.

Contains the list of attendees. They also have the option to stay anonymous.

It can include locations relevant to the event, but also other locations such as the city airport, train station, reserved parking, etc.

The list of questions (and answers) considered common or interesting.

A way for attendees to contact the organizer.

One-touch-dial button

Pre-defined e-mail address to which attendees can send messages (such as support e-mail).

Photos can be shared, saved, and sent by attendees.

Includes all the general and useful event information.

Single or multiple-choice answering options – results visible immediately. 

Each participant can use the app to send a text question or a message to the Speaker.

Allows non-formal communication between participants.

One survey at the end of the event – multiple ways of giving a response.

Used for a quick assessment of the presenter.

Content can be locked until entering a password or doing a preselected task.

Important information – such as a change in schedule – can be sent to the audience immediately.

List of exhibitors with relevant information – it can also include a floorplan of the exhibition area.

Includes sponsor’s image or logo, name of the company or institution, description, and contact information.

All abstracts are in PDF format in one place.

Allows for upload of so far printed meeting materials.
