Welcome Module

• A welcome message is shown to the audience when they download the app and open it for the first time.

Schedule Module

• it can include an introduction, sub-events, abstract text, photo (of the speaker or venue), name of the venue or conference room, and even a routable map
• each of the events can be shared via e-mail or social networks
• attendees can add selected events to their calendars

FAQ MODULE

• the list of questions (and answers) considered common or interesting

Speakers Module

• contains the list of speakers, with the possibility of attaching their photo, short biography or CV, and contact details (which can include active links)
• it is searchable

Attendees Module

• contains the list of attendees
• attendees can opt between staying anonymous or they can register in the app - and in such a way obtain certain benefits
• it is searchable

POI/Maps Module

• contains locations relevant to the event
• it can include other locations such as the city airport, train station, reserved parking, etc.

Gallery Module

• photos can be shared, saved, and sent by attendees

Urgent Call Module

• one-touch-dial button
• it can include other locations such as the city airport, train station, reserved parking, etc.

Contact Form Module

• a way for attendees to contact the organizer
• possible to attach an image or a photo

Info Module

• includes all the general and useful event information
• includes all the general and useful event information
• one-touch-dial buttons for convenient local phone numbers - such as Taxi or hotel information

Quick Mail Module

• pre-defined e-mail address to which attendees can send messages (such as support e-mail)
